Summary
Genome-wide characterization of epigenetic changes in blood DNA obtained before and after acupuncture treatment in a cohort of patients suffering from Burnout. CpG methylation was measured by using the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip (Illumina) across 859'500 CpGs. Burnout was clinically assessed before and after acupuncture using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).
